OBIEE 11.1.1.6 - prompts showing incorrect NULL values

Go--> Physcial layer-->extarct your table--> double click your prompt column--> check nullable.

or

GO--> your prompt-->Show-->sql results--> SELECT your column name FROM your subject area where your column name is not null
